Benefits to Resident

This residency offers a valuable opportunity for participants to deepen their understanding of a new offering on RISE with SAP. This enhanced expertise will position residents as trusted advisors to their employers or clients, enabling cost optimize, execute migrations for business process and also real time analysis. Furthermore, the residency provides a platform for building new professional connections with fellow IT specialists in the field.

In recognition of the knowledge, experience, and accomplishments gained, participants who successfully contribute to the IBM Redbooks publication produced during this residency will be awarded an IBM Redbooks Digital Badge through Credly.

Resident Prerequistes

A basic requirement for all residents is the ability to read and clearly express concepts and procedures in common English.

This remote residency requires no travel. Residents are expected to participate in regularly scheduled online meetings, typically twice a week for up to an hour, to collaborate on the IBM Redbook publication. The first week may involve additional meetings to discuss topics and outline the book. Due to the residents' global locations, these meetings may occur outside of normal working hours.

In addition to meetings, each resident should dedicate up to twenty hours per week to researching assigned topics and writing content for the publication. This research and writing time can be scheduled at the resident's convenience.
